By registering for and using NBA-ICLE, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility. The platform is intended for legal practitioners called to the Nigerian Bar. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your Supreme Court Number.
Acceptable use. You agree to use the platform for lawful continuing professional development, to keep your login credentials confidential, and not to share, resell or misrepresent course content or certificates.
Assessments and certificates. Certificates are issued on genuine completion of course requirements. Any attempt to circumvent assessments may result in withdrawal of credits and suspension of access.
Availability. We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
